CHARITIES and arts groups are being offered an opportunity to showcase their work on Bradford's Big Screen.

Local film company Molineaux Productions has teamed up with Bradford City of Film to launch a competition allowing organisations to apply to have a promotional film made about them, which will then be shown on the Big Screen in Centenary Square for three months.

City of Film director David Wilson said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for charities and arts group to make their mark and build their brand using the big screen.

“We’re keen to support Molineaux Productions with this competition as it enables smaller, less well known organisations to get their messages out to the public about all the excellent work they are doing in Yorkshire and beyond.”

Sally Molineaux from Molineaux Productions said: “Film is a great way to promote any cause but is often out of reach or unaffordable for smaller organisations. I hope this competition enables smaller organisations to create a film which really gets their message out to wider audiences.”
