YOUNGSTERS wore oriental garb when this photograph was taken in 1998. Lucie Weatherill and Victoria Greenwood are pictured with a very flamboyant creation at Moorfield School.
The absence of a Lych-Gate dates this photograph as pre 1921.
The picture, of St Oswald's Church in Guiseley, is from the archives of Aireborough Historical Society and presents a different view from the one we are used to today.
Archivist Carlo Harrison said: "This is pre 1921 and is without the Lych-Gate which can now be seen.
Lych Gates were built in many church entrances after the end of the 1st World war to commemorate the fallen of that war."
