This undated photograph is of the Commercial Inn, Esholt, which is well-known to Emmerdale lovers as The Woolpack.
Esholt was used for outdoor shots in the Yorkshire Television drama series Emmerdale Farm, later to become Emmerdale.
The TV series was filmed in Esholt from 1976 to 1996, but filming moved to a purpose built set on the Harewood estate. The pub changed its name to The Woolpack during its time as a TV set. During the 19th Century it was know as the Combers Arms.
