CUSWORTH John Wyatt Jenny, Sam and Esther wish to thank our lovely relatives, friends and neighbours for their support during John's illness, to all those who were able to attend John's celebration of life service, to Minister Mike Poole for steering the service and for all his help and encouragement, the donations to Oxfam, to all the medical, nursing and support staff at Bridge Street and Charles Street surgeries with particular thanks to Dr Emily Hide. To Mr Cross and St James's Oncology team, to the Wheatfield Therapy Unit. Dr Juliet and gentle Jacqui McG, the District nurses and Palliative Care teams for their thoughtful care, to Gurjit and Staff at Otley Pharmacy, to Kirsty and staff at the Roebuck and Richard Pickles, Tracey and Jane for their assistance and kindness still.
