LEWIS Audrey Peacefully on April 15, aged 89 years. Much loved wife of the late Reverend Ian William Lewis OBE, loving mum of Neville and Anthony. Private service of committal will take place on Tuesday, May 9 at Skipton Crematorium followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Emmandjay Court, Ilkley at 2.00pm. No flowers by request but donations in memory of Audrey can be given to the Alzheimer's Society. A box for this purpose will be available at the memorial service.
